INTRODUCTION Your child will receive password-protected access to the club area for as long as we choose to continue free membership (currently we intend membership to always remain free). Members may submit photos, comments, ideas and enter any prize draws/competitions we may offer/allow from time to time.
PHOTOS There will be limits to the number of photos able to be submitted. At any time we may halt submissions at our discretion.
ACCESS We will endeavour to provide continual access to the website Club, but this will be affected by Web Host issues and Maintenance issues from time to time.
SUBMISSIONS Any photos, ideas, comments submitted to our website ( club pages ) become the property of ReUseit.co.nz (Rosealma Designs) and may be used for promotional purposes or as the inspiration for future creative ideas offered. You are not required to make any submissions to remain a member.
CAREGIVER An adult caregiver must be involved in the membership process and must have a secure password to ensure authenticated communications between us and the caregiver.
YOUR IDENTITY We may identify the child who has submitted a photograph, comment or idea by their club code, first name, age and general geographic location ( no surnames/street names or numbers will be used ) eg: Thomas aged 10 from Rangiora - club member 32.
PRIZES Should you win a prize the prize will be dispatched to you directly from the supplier/sponsor. To do this we will supply your contact details to that supplier. Under the terms of our agreement with them your details will be given solely for the purpose of dispatch of your prize. Should they wish to add you to their database they will be required to request your permission.
CONCLUSION At any time we may cancel membership completely at our discretion and without any required explanation.
